I brought my car in for engine oil leaks, and it stayed for two weeks. The communication throughout was seamless. They handled my insurance directly, explained every estimate clearly, and even threw in extra maintenance and part replacements free of charge and free oil change on my next visit! Even while multitasking during busy phone hours, the staff remained incredibly friendly and professional. The waiting lobby is also fantastic, featuring coffee, snacks, and a cool retro Coca-Cola fridge that gives the shop a warm, homey vibe. Highly recommend this shop!”
